Every year, the Certain Days collective produces a calendar with stunning art and thought-provoking articles around social justice organising. The Certain Days Calendar is a joint fundraising and educational project between outside organizers in Montreal, Toronto, and New York, in partnership with three political prisoners being held in maximum-security prisons in New York State: David Gilbert, Robert Seth Hayes and Herman Bell.
The calendar makes for a beautiful gift for one self and others. I hope you consider supporting it by spreading the word, and/or purchasing copies. To learn more about the calendar, you can go to the Certain Days website.
The calendar launch in Tiohtia:ke (“Montreal”) will be held on Thursday, December 7 at 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM at l’Euguélionne feminist bookstore, 1426 Beaudry, metro beaudry.
This event is free; copies of the Certain Days calendar available for $15.
This event will be in French, with whisper translation into English. Childcare available on site. Snacks will be served. Space is wheelchair accessible. For more info, please click here.
Certain Days: Freedom for Political Prisoners Calendar (2018)
